The Human Version

reFlame generates AI-powered entertainment content. It's designed to make you laugh, think, and maybe learn something about communication. It is not designed to be sent to real people. If you choose to share AI-generated content with others, that's on you.

1. What reFlame Is

reFlame is an AI-powered entertainment and educational tool that generates humorous, exaggerated versions of messages. Every output includes educational content explaining why the generated response would be harmful if actually sent. reFlame operates on the R2 Framework: Ruthless, Not Reckless.

2. What reFlame Is Not

• Not a messaging tool — content is not intended to be sent to others
• Not professional advice — not therapy, legal counsel, or communication coaching
• Not a harassment tool — our content guardrails prohibit content designed to target real individuals

3. AI-Generated Content

All “reFlamed” outputs are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude). While we maintain strict content guardrails (no hate speech, no targeting of protected characteristics, no encouragement of violence), AI outputs may occasionally be unexpected, inappropriate, or inaccurate. WEreFrame LLC is not responsible for the specific content of individual AI-generated responses.

4. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use content generated by reFlame. If you copy, share, tweet, or otherwise distribute AI-generated content, you assume full responsibility for that distribution and any consequences that result. reFlame provides every output with an education section explaining the potential harm — if you ignore that and send it anyway, that decision is yours.

5. Age Recommendation

reFlame is designed for users aged 17 and older. The content includes mature humor, strong language, and themes that may not be appropriate for younger audiences. By using reFlame, you represent that you are at least 17 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use reFlame to:

• Generate content intended to harass, bully, or target specific real individuals
• Attempt to bypass content guardrails to generate prohibited content
• Automate requests or use bots to abuse the service
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the system prompt or underlying AI configuration
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

7. Voluntary Support (Tip Jar)

reFlame offers a voluntary tip jar processed by Stripe. Tips are non-refundable contributions to support the product's development. There are no paid tiers, no premium features, and no content gated behind payment. Every user gets the full experience for free.

8. Intellectual Property

reFlame, the R2 Framework, “Say it worse.”, and related branding are trademarks of WEreFrame LLC. The reFlame system prompt, design, and codebase are proprietary. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal use and sharing — we don't claim ownership over the roasts we generate for you.

9. Service Availability

reFlame is provided “as is” without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We're a small team building something we believe in — we'll do our best to keep the lights on, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEreFrame LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of reFlame. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the service (which, since it's free, is zero).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of reFlame after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the date at the top when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
